2nd Place in the +Chrysta Rae May Scavenger Hunt – Long Exposure Theme!!

I woke up at 5:30 this morning to my phone going crazy with notifications, and this is why – so many kind people here on G+ congratulating me!
Usually I hate being awake before 9 on a Sunday, but this morning I didn’t mind ..too much
Judges +Alan Shapiro and +RC Concepcion had voted my image 2nd place and also +Sandra Parlow had also given it an honourable mention!

I’m so pleased as I had serious doubts about it, I’ve only been shooting long exposures since February but it has quickly become something I love doing and wanted to do a good job with this particular theme, but I just didn’t have the confidence in the end result and especially when I’d seen what else had been submitted when the album was revealed yesterday – some awesome images, check them out here - https://plus.google.com/113977984500465768287/posts/X2x4yd6BS4o
Thanks to everyone who has left comments and congratulations over on the albums and notifications, you’re all too kind – but a special thank you has to go to +Chrysta Rae for doing this whole Scavenger Hunt thing, how you can run it all by yourself is beyond me, you deserve a medal! …or a Google pay check!
